Author Joanne Risso presents an elementary classroom resource regarding water in the form of a childrens illustrated book.

Over the sea, past the waterfall, up the river, near the lake, lives Tilly. She doesn't like to wash, or bathe, or shower. In this ecologically-aware story, Tilly devises a plan to get rid of all the water in her home. But something happens. Something she does not expect. Tilly must realize that her actions affect more than just the water in her own backyard. It takes more than a change in actions to undo what has been done...it takes a change of mind, and a change of heart.

Illustrator Kathy Connelly: "Prior to my becoming an artist I set down roots and gave wings to my three children. I was a business owner for nine years. My love for creating things was nurtured when my children were small. When my interest in Fine Art was born, the nurturing began all over again. I began to take workshops with many well known artists and this added to my knowledge of different mediums. Now I am passing my love of art on to my seven grandchildren, and I love to watch their progression. I display their art pieces in my home and will continue to inspire and encourage them." Kathy lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband.
